I’ve spent much of my life living and working across the world — from France to Japan, the United States, Argentina, Brazil, and the Netherlands — experiences that have deeply shaped how I see organizations and people. I have done most of my studies in the U.S., built companies in the USA and Asia and Europe, and have since led transformation programs across multiple continents.
These international experiences taught me to navigate complexity with clarity and to adapt strategy to culture — a lesson I bring into every project.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about aviation, water sports such as wakeboarding, riding horses and many other activities, and I regularly speak at conferences and industry events about leadership, data, and transformation.
